TRITEC Real Estate Company and Shoregate, the newest luxury apartment building in Bay Shore, are holding a Bites & Brews event to celebrate Shoregate's ribbon-cutting ceremony. The proceeds from the event will benefit Long Island Cares, providing 15 meals for every ticket sold.
