Gus needs your help!

Gus the Dragon is hard at work spreading awareness about kids and food insecurity. But our beloved mascot has one problem:

He has no wings!

Every dragon deserves to have a pair of wings, and you can help.

Now through April 15 your students can collect spare change and donate to help fund Long Island Cares’ island-wide children’s nutrition programs.

The top three schools that collect the most spare change will get to meet Gus in person…

and get an exclusive first look at Gus with his new wings!

Long Island Cares has programs across Long Island to help feed food-insecure students of all ages.  Click here to learn more.
