Breakfast Food Trucks

Our mobile food truck program is unique in Long Island and helps those in need when food is unavailable or when Long Islanders are unable to get their food. To help Long Island’s more than 68,000 children avoid food insecurity, the Aspara’Gus’ Breakfast Food Truck travels throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties to food scarce locations and serve children with healthy cold cereals, fresh or shelf stable low-fat milk, and juices.

When schools are open, and children are able to receive food from school, the Aspara’Gus’ Breakfast Food Truck visits food scarce community organizations that serve veterans, seniors, and Long Island’s homeless population.
