Rules and Regulations

Shifts run 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 – 4:00 PM. Every group has 2 hours to pack and give their best.​

  • Competition is open to registered corporate volunteer groups only.​
  • Maximum group size is 20 people.​
  • Each shift is 2 hours maximum. Time starts when packing begins.​
  • Performance is judged per group/per shift. Totals may not be combined across multiple shifts, even for the same company.​​
  • Boxes Packed – Total boxes sealed during the shift.​
  • Food Collected – You must bring your non-perishable food drive items with you on the day of your volunteer shift. We will weigh and document the donations at that time.
  • Leaderboard updates will be posted weekly.
  • It is crucial for all team members to be on time. 
  • Winners will be announced by the end of the November.
