Our unique mobile food truck program is designed to address childhood hunger on Long Island. Aspara’Gus’ Breakfast Food Truck is dedicated to helping families in need, ensuring that Long Islanders have access to nutritious meals even when other food sources are unavailable.
The truck travels throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, reaching food-scarce locations to provide the over 65,000 food-insecure LI kids and their families with healthy breakfast options. Our offerings include cold cereals, fresh or shelf-stable low-fat milk, and juices, all aimed at nourishing young minds and bodies.
When schools are open, children can often rely on meals provided at school. However, we extend our services to food-scarce community organizations that also cater to veterans, seniors, and Long Island’s homeless population. Aspara’Gus’ Breakfast Food Truck also ensures that these vulnerable individuals have access to nutritious meals that can make a significant difference in their lives.
