Caitlin does everything in her power to make sure Anthony eats breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. She works multiple jobs, picks up every available shift, and even skips meals if there’s not enough food to go around.
“If I’m not laying awake with hunger aches, I’m laying awake anxious about the impact
this is having on Tony. Some days it’s rice for all three meals,” she says. “I can’t stop wondering:
What happens if things don’t get better?”
