Emergency Food Distribution for Federal Employees and Families

If you are a federal worker affected by the government shutdown, Long Island Cares – The Harry Chapin Regional Food Bank and Island Harvest Food Bank are here for you.

Together, we’ll be hosting a special drive-through food distribution on Monday, November 3, for federal workers of Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Who Can Attend

  • Not open to the public. Registration required.
  • Must live in Nassau or Suffolk County
  • Must show government employee credentials when arriving
