Dayven Alonso, Executive Chef of H2O Seafood & Sushi, has built his career around fresh, seasonal ingredients and genuine hospitality. Originally from California, he planted his roots on Long Island in his early twenties and developed an ingredient-driven approach centered on quality seafood and thoughtful preparation.
An avid fisherman, Chef Dayven’s connection to the water carries into his cooking and his appreciation for the ingredients he works with. He believes great food brings people together and is proud to support Long Island Cares through Chefs Against Hunger.
