Everybody loves a food truck. Whether it’s the sound of the ice cream man circling your street or hot tacos by the boardwalk, there’s something tempting about a food truck that makes them hard to resist. Seeing as breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we figured we would make it easy to start the day off right with a healthy breakfast fresh from a food truck.
A few years ago, we started our breakfast food truck program and it has been wildly successful. A few times a week, we send the truck out to various locations across Long Island and offer free breakfast. The only thing you have to bring with you is an appetite.
