New York State sponsored Child Health Plus and Medicaid Managed Care health insurance programs at little or no cost for the entire family. It is offered by UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.
If eligible, covered services include:
- Doctor visits
- Vaccinations
- X-rays, lab and other tests
- Vision care (including eyeglasses)
- Prescription drugs
- Emergency care
- Hospital stays
- Dental care

Town of Huntington Senior Division-Outreach
Town of Huntington representative on-site to discuss the following 2 programs:
Adult Day Care – they provide a caring, supervised environment for the impaired, mature (60+ years) adult and promotes:
- Social Interaction with Peers
- Emotional Support
- Intellectual Stimulation
- Physical Activity
Residential Repair Program – they provide minor household repairs to seniors (60+ years) who reside in the Town of Huntington. Residents are responsible for paying for parts and supplies: only. There is no charge for labor.
Now that school is back in session, the Brentwood Mobile School Pantry will once again be distributing food to families in need in the Brentwood school district! Check the 2016-2017 schedule: English Espanol
