The Harry Chapin Food Bank and Humanitarian Center – Huntington Station
1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 9:00am to 11:30am
United  Healthcare  Community  Plan   for  Suffolk  County
New York State sponsored Child Health Plus and Medicaid Managed Care health insurance programs at little or no cost for the entire family.  It is offered by UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. Bilingual: Spanish/English.
If eligible, covered services include:

    • Doctor visits
    • Vaccinations
    • X-rays, lab and other tests
  • Vision care
    • Eyeglasses
    • Prescription drugs
    • Emergency care
    • Hospital stays
  • Dental care

Every Tuesday (Military Appreciation Tuesday) – 10:00am to 1pm 
Outreach to provide supportive services to low-income Veteran families that are currently in or transitioning to permanent housing, homeless or at high risk of becoming homeless.  To help Veteran families achieve self-sufficiency, long term housing stability and an improved quality of life.

VET2VET will be available from 1 PM to 4 PM to assist our veterans with support services.
