Long Island Cares, Inc. — The Harry Chapin Food Bank in cooperation with supermarket chains on Long Island participated in the 23rd Annual Check-Out Hunger® campaign in the fall of 2015.
We are proud to announce that this campaign has allowed us to raise over 64,000 meals for those in need on Long Island.
