Celebrate the life and music of the legendary Harry Chapin at the annual “Just Wild About Harry” tribute concert. Join us for a night of exceptional talent as 18 of Long Island’s finest musicians and songwriters perform Chapin’s iconic songs. You’ll be treated to classics like “Taxi” and “Cat’s in the Cradle,” as well as beloved hits such as “WOLD” and “Story of a Life.”
This year, we’re turning the tribute concert into a special birthday celebration, marking what would have been Harry Chapin’s 81st birthday.
Expect unique interpretations of Chapin’s songs, ranging from folk and country to torch-song style and hard rock.
All profits from this event will be donated to Long Island Cares. We’re also very grateful for the support of philanthropist Roger Tilles for helping this event be as successful as possible!
