As the facilities and warehouse associate, the employee will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of Hauppauge, as well as assist with warehouse operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to perform various custodial and maintenance duties to ensure the cleanliness and operation of all LIC-Hauppauge, preparation and packing of individual agency orders for distribution, perform scheduled maintenance and sanitation procedures for loading dock, vehicle area, warehouse storage areas, offices, coolers and other areas as required. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Coordinator of Grounds and Facilities.  Salary is commensurate with experience.


The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; will have good communication, and organizational skills. A clean NYS DMV record and a background check are required for this position.
