Agency Relations Assistant Manager – Compliance, Outreach, and Special Projects is a full-time position currently recruiting for a  located at our Corporate Headquarters – 10 Davids Drive, Hauppauge, NY 11788.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this position include documentation and reporting of special agency distributions; staff development; warehouse/inventory reconciliations; overseeing volunteers for Gus Grocery; and other special projects as needed.  The Agency Relations Associate will provide technical assistance to member agencies as needed regarding the grant availability, and agency status.  A successful candidate will work to enhance the relationships between the member agency and Long Island Cares.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, good typing ability, and demonstrated proficiency in data entry (MS Word; Excel).   They shall possess good organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented.  Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is also preferred.
