The national network of food banks and food rescue organizations.  "Feeding America is the nation's leading domestic hunger-relief charity.  Our mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger." (Note: America's Second Harvest changed its name to Feeding America in 2008.)

Feds Feed Families Feds Feed Families is a government-wide hunger relief effort led by the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council, in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables JSY is a Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program funded by the USDA with matching funds from the NYS Department of Health. It provides free programs and resources to food pantries in New York State.
LIPA - REAP REAP (Residential Energy Affordability Partnership) is a Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) program for income-eligible customers designed to help them save energy and lower their electric bills. Participation in REAP can make your home healthier and safer. In addition, participants are guided to other non-LIPA services that can help them with special needs.
