Directions To Long Island Cares - Westbound

Long Island Expressway (I-495) - Take exit 55 and continue on the expressway service road to Vanderbilt Motor Parkway (County Road 67).  Turn right and continue westbound on Motor Parkway for about 1 1/2 miles, then turn right on Adams Avenue.  Go north on Adams for a mile, cross over Oser Avenue, and the next street on the left is Davids Drive.  We are on the northwest corner of Adams Avenue and Davids Drive.

Nesconset Highway (NY 347) or Veterans Memorial Highway (NY 454) - Traveling westbound, these highways merge in Hauppauge and continue on as Route 454.  Approximately 1 1/4 miles west of the merge is New Highway.   Turn left and travel another mile on New Highway, then turn left on Adams Avenue, heading south.  Davids Drive is 1/4 mile on the right.   We are on the northwest corner of Adams Avenue and Davids Drive.

Southern State / Sagtikos Parkways (cars only - no trucks) - Take Southern State Parkway to exit 41a, Sagtikos Parkway.  Travel northbound on Sagtikos Parkway 4 miles to exit S1E, Long Island Expressway.  Follow signs for Wicks Road (do not get on the expressway).  At the traffic light, turn left on Wicks Road, go under the expressway, and make an immediate right turn on Vanderbilt Motor Parkway (County Road 67).  Travel eastbound on Motor Parkway for a little more than 1/2 mile, then turn left on Adams Avenue.  Go north on Adams for a mile, cross over Oser Avenue, and the next street on the left is Davids Drive.  We are on the northwest corner of Adams Avenue and Davids Drive.
